Some curriculums will assist the company in providing organizations and advocating training information related to enhancing and improving in house documentation. All internal communications and advocacy will also play a major factor. The Training and Curriculum Development will also used their skills in developing, training modules, and supplemental resources/materials. Some Consultant will be responsible for planning the logistics and agenda for three two-day training seminars to take place over the course of a quarter.

Working with staff to communicate with participating organizations between trainings Interfacing with trainers and consultants as necessary the qualifications and skills of a consultant will include the following:
- Proven experience with designing, developing and delivering trainings for organizations and with program planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, staff related community and community-based organizations, and issues such as gender violence and immigrant rights.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Exceptional writing, organization, and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Willingness to travel.
