New CFO at FTI Consulting
FTI Consulting, Inc., has named Jorge Celaya as its new chief financial officer. Celaya will replace current CFO Theodore Pincus, who is retiring during the third quarter of this year. Until then, Celaya will act as co-CFO. Pincus has served FTI for the past eight years and is considered "a key member of the executive management team." After retirement, he will continue to assist FTI with special projects. Celaya will also serve as executive vice president of FTI Consulting. FTI is a global business advisory firm that helps organizations protect and develop their enterprise value in increasingly intricate regulatory, legal, and economic surroundings.

C&B Consulting Group introduces LifeGuide
C&B Consulting Group, a strategically focused benefits advisory firm, recently introduced LifeGuide. Mahoney Cohen launches international tax and consulting practice
Mahoney, Cohen & Co., CPA, PC, has launched an international tax and consulting practice covering transfer pricing, captive insurance arrangements, and estate and income tax planning for foreigners living in the U.S. Former managing member of Decosimo Global William Perry Elliott has been hired to head the new practice. The public accounting and management consulting firm will provide business advisory services to clients with global operations, including advice on asset protection, operations, business valuation, and international tax planning. Mahoney Cohen has offices in Miami, Boca Raton, Houston, and New York. With a staff of more than 265 and 28 partners, the firm serves public and private businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

Traversa Consulting opens its fourth office in Jacksonville
After opening offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, and Chicago, Traversa Consulting has chosen Jacksonville as its fourth market. The new office will be led by Robert Wiley, a founding partner of Traversa. The national consulting company assists senior executives with attaining greater performance for their organizations, management teams, and themselves as individual leaders. Traversa's clients include Equifax, Kimberly-Clark, Dow, Dole Foods, and Electronic Arts.
