Curriculum Training Development

Accreditations and certification on any product development in today's market has become very specialized. However certification is the voluntary practice validating that a Consultant has met minimum requirements, standards and competence in a specialty area. Certification programs are conducted by various agencies. From educational institutions, to companies launching their product, or teaming various members of their team in order to train staff members on their use.

Because of the increase in the number of lawsuits brought against companies for faulty products the Consultant in charge of the curriculum and training programs are advised to carry their own liability insurance. However basic steps and skills apply to this ever-growing sector in the Educational fields. Once the goal is defined there are 2 factors that will inevitably come into play. However with the correct skills and decisive planning along with excellent verbal and written skills the Consultant can offer the client several key factors.
  • Awareness of the new idea, or practice.
  • More information about the change.
  • Adopts and integrates the change into the present time.
  • Evaluate the information and relates it to the present situation.
When resistance for change occurs the Consultant must determine whether the resistance should be overcome. Sometimes the change is inadvisable, as when there are insufficient resources for making the change. Resistance to change is often greatest when the idea is not concurrent with existing trends, such as the proposed change would alter a situation with which the client is comfortable. These are but a few situations occurring in this field on a daily basis.

Curriculums are changed every day however their time line will be based on the amount of change needed to occur. Once documentation, policy, and communication are clear the Consultant will use the principles they have gathered in the next step, the proposal.
