Aspire Consulting is actively recruiting for a full-time W-2 PeopleSoft consultant to join our team. Below is the job description. We are looking for the strongest possible candidate regardless of whether the candidate is functional or technical, HCM or Finance focused.
Please note that we don't recruit from our client base. If you happen to be a client of ours or if you are not actively looking please note that we offer a $500 referral bonus if you help us identify a candidate that is hired by Aspire Consulting.
The ideal candidate has the following attributes:
1)
Located in St. Louis, MO or is willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO
2)
Possesses either HCM or Financials experience
3)
For a technical developer the desired skill set includes PeopleTools, SQR/SQL, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Package, Integration Broker and a strong knowledge of application tables
4)
Possesses deep technical and/or functional skills with the ability to simplify complex scenarios when working with business users
5)
Shows a willingness to travel if necessary. Aspire Consulting has a very strong footprint in St. Louis as over 40% of all PeopleSoft customers in St. Louis do work with Aspire Consulting. There is a strong likelihood that St. Louis based consultants will work exclusively in St. Louis.
