Exhibiting an excellent work history along with a degree in Computer Science or Human Resources, Management is sought after. Salaries in 2006 were an average of $75,000 a year to $108,000. As the demand grows there has been an increase in salary by of 2.3% for the year 2007. The jump is slowly increasing the average salary from $79,000 a year to $111,000.
