The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. Job Description:

Reporting to the Legal and Compliance Program & Risk Operations Manager, this position will be an active member of the Legal and Compliance (L&C) program Core Team as a subject matter expert for Integrated Marketing and Operating Committee team members. The Core Team is a cross-functional team focusing on enhancements and ongoing L&C program optimization. This includes helping to create new or improve existing Marketing processes, providing input on future state design efforts and implementation, process documentation, and core process optimization. In addition, this role will also be responsible for ongoing oversight of operational risk work and deliverables for the Integrated Marketing organization. The role involves a high degree of maintaining relationships with key business partners to help drive Core Team success.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Partner with Core Team for holistic marketing process enhancements and maintenance specific to L&C program requirements

Serve as subject matter expert for Integrated Marketing and Operating Committee on the L&C program across Enterprise Marketing

Serve as point of contact for Integrated Marketing and Operating Committee team members; and Legal and Compliance partners, for questions and challenges with the L&C process, procedure, or tools

Represent Integrated Marketing and Operating Committee on various cross functional sub-teams related to process standardization and enhancements to be more effective and efficient.

Ensure execution of key deliverables tied to operational risk processes and controls

Develop and maintain process documentation, documentation of business requirements, and system specifications

Help develop and maintain process documentation and documentation of business requirements

Continually standardizing, streamlining and automating core processes in support of marketing efficiency goal

Change management efforts and communication

Provide additional support as needed to Integrated Marketing risk-related deliverables

Required Qualifications:

6 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications:

2 years of risk management experience

Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Solid critical thinking skills

Ability to navigate complex business relationships

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
