Work you'll do

As a Workday HCM Manager, you will:

Utilize your superior communications skills (written and verbal) to communicate Workday capabilities to clients

Keep consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts

Develop strategic plans and solutions

Foster relationships with all team members

Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

6 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm, or 10 years of functional experience in the specific area of HCM Workday modules

Experience with at least leading 5 full life cycle Workday HCM implementations

Travel up to 80% (While up to 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Workday certification not required but strongly desired

Functional knowledge in particular area of HCM

Experience with MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint

Knowledge of the HR function and processes or relevant academic coursework / professional certification programs

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
