Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and delivering pharmacy financial reporting for Medicare Part D. A key focus will be including both point of sale and DIR payments, and creating robust projection methodologies and management strategies to meet our contractual commitments while minimizing risk.

These strategies will involve coordinating impact between overall pricing guarantees, drug pricing at an individual drug (MAC list) or aggregate level, contractual terms, and relevant regulations.

Your experience will include translating business needs into analytic questions, and will ideally include experience in pharmacy benefits pricing, MAC list management, or related healthcare jobs. Using these skills, you will enable a data driven approach to improve our performance.

Additional responsibilities of this role include:

- Build customized reports concentrating on financial performance

- Spearhead collaboration efforts with other team members and departments to develop analytic models, methodologies, and reports that support CVS Health agreements

- Continual prioritization of competing needs to ensure focus on highest impact activities

Required Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in data manipulation and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

- 5 years of professional work experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing large data sets

- Knowledge of health insurance, managed care, or prescription drug industry

- Advanced knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis

- Proficiency in SAS and SQL
