Line of Business Description:
Role is part of the Centralized Procedures & Correspondence (CPC) Statements team within the Life & Specialty Servicing (L&SS) division. Role is responsible for the end-to-end relationships with various lines of business. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
On-point for medium to large projects for an operations department, product or business unit.
Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters.
Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and workforce analysis.
Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required.
Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project.

Required Skills and Experience
3 years relevant work experience managing business and/or technology projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (including Waterfall and Agile)
Strong and effective communication and presentation; verbal and written including PowerPower deck creation
Demonstrated Problem Solving & Process Improvement
Resource allocation and assignment
Effective oversight and management of large scale, technology dependent Initiatives
Effective simultaneous oversight and management of multiple projects/tasks within a compressed deadlines.
Desired Skills and Experience
Knowledge of operational area
Knowledge of project tools (Rally or Jira)
PMPO certification desired
