Legal Consulting Jobs description
Legal consulting job openings require candidates who can develop, implement, maintain, and monitor the legal activities of an organization. Legal consulting professionals need to ensure that each department of an organization follows all applicable laws and regulations. Legal consulting managers are responsible for legal and compliance audits and examinations. They are responsible of the dissemination and analysis of new or revised laws and regulations, research on consulting issues, consulting training, and their organizations' overall consulting policies and procedures.To be eligible for the job, one must have a law degree, preferably from an accredited law school. Legal consulting job openings are filled by those who have had relevant experience at a law firm or as corporate counsel focusing on consulting issues. Legal consulting job candidates are also expected to be familiar with all consulting and reporting requirements.
